ITs Computing is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We only gather information we need to serve you better and will not - without your consent - sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways other than disclosed in this statement except in the following cases:

  1. Cases where in good faith we believe that the law requires us to do so
  2. It is necessary to protect maintenance rights and / or property of ITs Computing
  3. If circumstances necessitate acting to protect the personal safety of staff or the public
 

The information we gather via this website will include any information you type in and send.

Any personal information we collect from you will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws.

We will not send spam to any email addresses supplied, however we may send information regarding our services to customers who have opted in to receive such information via email.

This privacy policy only covers this website. Any other websites which may be linked to by our website are subject to their own policy, which may differ from ours.

ITs Computing respect the privacy of our customers and we promise that any information stored on a customer’s computer will remain private.

We will contact you within five days of receiving the complaint and will endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.

Purchasing Goods and Services

All of our prices are in GBP. We are not VAT registered.

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time from those stated on the website.

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed by ITs Computing.

We accept payment by cash or cheque. Cheques are to be made out to the representative of ITs Computing you are dealing with and must be accompanied by the relevant and valid cheque gaurantee card. We cannot currently accept payment by debit / credit cards.

Liability

We cannot be held liable whatsoever if we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods or services by any reason or cause beyond our control.

ITs Computing cannot be held responsible for the loss of any data resulting from work carried out. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain sufficient back ups of their data. Regular data back up is included in ITs Computing’s PC maintenance programme: The PC Health Plan.
